Terms and Conditions for TarifNet Qatar Services

Welcome to TarifNet Qatar. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our diverse range of telecommunications services, including 5G network access, eSIM provisioning, mobile data solutions, IoT connectivity, enterprise mobile solutions, network optimization, digital transformation consulting, managed mobile services, secure mobile communications, and mobile device management. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, activating, or using any service provided by TarifNet Qatar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and TarifNet Qatar. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Provision

TarifNet Qatar commits to providing quality telecommunications services designed for high-speed connectivity and reliability. While we strive for uninterrupted service, quality and availability may vary due to factors beyond our control, including network infrastructure limitations, geographic conditions, and environmental interferences. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to you.

• 5G Network & Data: We provide access to our 5G network where available, offering high-speed data services. Actual speeds may vary based on device, location, network congestion, and other factors.
• eSIM Provisioning: Our eSIM services facilitate digital SIM activation for compatible devices. Management and usage are subject to device capability and our specific service terms.
• IoT & Enterprise Solutions: Services for businesses, including IoT connectivity and enterprise mobile solutions, are subject to specific service level agreements (SLAs) as agreed upon in separate contracts.
• Consulting & Managed Services: Digital transformation consulting and managed mobile services are provided based on detailed project scopes and contractual agreements.

3. User Obligations

As a user of TarifNet Qatar services, you agree to:

• Use our services lawfully and in compliance with all applicable Qatari laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or impair the functionality or security of our network or services.
• Be responsible for the security of your account credentials and any devices used to access our services.
• Comply with our fair usage policies for data and other services to ensure equitable access for all users.

4. Billing and Payments

Service charges, payment terms, and billing cycles will be communicated to you upon subscription or activation of a service. All payments are due by the specified date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Prices for services may change, and we will provide reasonable notice for any such changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

TarifNet Qatar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Our total liability, under any circumstances, will not exceed the amount you paid for the services directly related to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or follow the specific termination procedures outlined for your service plan.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the courts of Qatar.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
